Victorian Bar, Owen Dixon Gallery

The entrance foyer of the Owen Dixon Gallery and Lobby was transformed into something far more than a point of arrival. Working alongside Carr Design, IRM converted the existing space into a curated art gallery celebrating the Victorian Bar's historic members, both past and present.Paintings, artefacts, sculptures and portraits line the walls, with a custom-fabricated illuminated book installed as the centrepiece. The result is a distinctive entry experience that draws visitors into the history and culture of one of Melbourne's most prominent legal institutions, while setting a new standard for the building's public realm.
