About the project
IRM delivered specialist laboratory fitouts across two Victoria University campuses, each requiring careful technical coordination and strict compliance with laboratory regulations. At Werribee West Campus, the existing Fermentation PC2 Laboratory was stripped out entirely and rebuilt to current research standards, including full airtight sealing throughout.
At Footscray Park Campus, an existing Biology Laboratory and preparation room were fully rebuilt as a modern teaching and research environment. Across both projects, IRM installed new mechanical, hydraulic, gas, data and electrical services, and fabricated custom in-house built 2-pack sprayed joinery. Specialist equipment, compliant flooring and purpose-built storage completed both fitouts.
