IRM Group has been operating and constructing commercial spaces in Victoria since 1994. The business is led by founder Joe alongside directors Stefan and Adrian Scardamaglia: a leadership team with decades of hands-on experience, actively involved across every project IRM delivers.
That continuity is not incidental. It is the reason more than 90% of IRM's work comes from repeat clients.
Our in-house Model
IRM was founded with a straightforward approach: do the work properly and clients come back. We do that by holding the main trades in-house. Carpentry, joinery, and plastering are delivered by IRM's own team, giving us direct control over the critical path, the quality of finish, and the management of every project.
Communication is direct, decisions are faster, and the people doing the work are accountable for the outcome. The result is simpler, faster and more reliable delivery.
