About the project
Located within one of Melbourne CBD's most recognised commercial towers, this ground floor refurbishment set out to redefine the building's arrival experience. Designed by Gray Puksand, the scope included full demolition and reconstruction of the lobby and common areas, with premium architectural finishes applied throughout.
IRM also delivered a state-of-the-art end of trip facility, comprising male, female and DDA bathrooms, a 100-person function space, gymnasium, secure bike parking, meditation room and wellness centre. All works were completed to programme with the building fully occupied and operational throughout.
