About the project
What had been an underutilised space at the base of 330 Collins Street was fully reimagined and rebuilt as a high-specification end of trip facility for CBRE. Structural strengthening works were completed prior to construction, creating the foundation for a facility that sets a new amenity standard within the building.
Male, female, DDA and gender neutral shower and bathroom facilities were delivered alongside secure bike parking and custom architectural lockers. Premium stone finishes and bespoke joinery were applied throughout, producing a considered, high-quality amenity that meaningfully improves the daily experience of the building's tenants.
