Spanning over 1,400 square metres at 2 Southbank Boulevard, this head office fitout for IntelliHUB was built around a contemporary industrial aesthetic that gives the space a strong, distinctive character. Mechanically polished concrete flooring, feature architectural mesh ceilings and raw exposed structural sections define the look throughout.

Acoustically engineered meeting rooms and boardrooms sit within the open-plan environment, and bespoke joinery was delivered across the full floor plate alongside new building services throughout. The result is a headquarters that is as distinctive in appearance as the business is in its sector.
