About the project
Brought to life through a full ground floor refurbishment, 350 Collins Street now presents a premium base building environment that meaningfully elevates its tenant appeal and asset value in a competitive Melbourne CBD market. Several on-floor speculative fitouts were constructed alongside a complete lobby refurbishment, maintained open to building occupants throughout.
The project showcased high-end architectural detailing throughout: bespoke joinery, timber and leather wall panelling, booth seating, feature ceilings, natural travertine and bluestone tiling, and custom light fittings. A new end of trip facility completed the full-floor transformation.
