This warehouse conversion for Kildonan Uniting Care was a challenging project that required extensive restoration and underpinning. Once the building had been gutted and stabilised all timber floors and the original steel frame were restored and reinstated to their former glory. Works included construction of a new roof extension, accommodation, a new lift shaft for a DDA compliant lift plus entrance ramps to provide disabled access.

It also included waterproofing the first floor courtyard above the ground floor offices, restoring original steel-framed windows and grinding/polishing existing concrete floors.
