Weeks to complete

IRM completed the fitout for Dawson Chambers in conjunction with architects, Gray Puksand and included a complete interior and base building refurbishment of four floors.

It included the construction of new barristers' chambers, conference rooms, a large common library, utility areas and toilets featuring timber, stone and two pack joinery as well as a new interconnecting staircase.

An important part of this project was acoustic integrity. IRM worked with acoustic engineers to ensure all chambers were soundproof and common areas had minimal echoing and sound travel by using underfloor finish acoustics, baffles, soundcheck plasterboard and more.
