IRM completed the entire building refurbishment of 700 Springvale Rd for client, Mulgrave Central Property after a key tenant vacated. Works included a full strip-out, replacement of ceilings and carpet, installation of feature wall panelling as well as construction of new tenancies, DDA amenities and a new entrance façade including a void cut-out allowing natural light to flood in to the ground floor lobby.
To bring the building up to relevant building codes and standards, building services works included the replacement of electrical switchboards and re-wiring throughout, a mechanical fresh-air upgrade as well as installation of additional hydrant and hose reels.
