End of Trip - Bourke St

IRM were given the brief of creating a modern end of trip facility and bike storage area for its client and their tenants.

The new facility features male, female and DDA bathrooms including showers and toilets for the entire building as well as over 150 custom electronic lockers, ventilated drying cupboards and integrated ironing and hair drying facilities.

 

The bicycle room also features numerous innovative rack systems to accommodate both mechanical and e-bikes, as well as a repair and pumping station.
